QUESTION: Councillor F. Timmons

"To ask for a report from SDCC into the numbers of people waiting for Window and door replacements in the Clondalkin area and a progress report on same?"

REPLY:

There are currently 838 addresses listed for windows and door replacements in the County.  Of these 314 are in the Clondalkin Electoral Area

It is expected that there will be approx. 165 to 170 replacements countywide in 2016 of which approximately 40% will be in the Clondalkin Electoral Area.

Those windows and doors on the replacement programme since late 2011 and early 2012 are being replaced currently.

There is approximately a 4 year waiting list.
