MOTION: Councillor D. O'Brien

"That this Area Committee calls on the council to have a public meeting with the residents of the Weirview Apartments in Lucan before any work starts on the village initiative at the weir.

The resident would like to be informed of what work will be carried out and how machinery will access the site."

REPORT:

"The design phase of this scheme has not yet been completed and the tender will not be issued until the last quarter of this year at the earliest.

We will make a note to engage with the residents of Weirview Apartments prior to commencement of works."
