"To ask the Chief Executive whether Rathlawns Estate, Rathcoole is due to have its street lighting upgraded and if so when?"

REPLY: 

We have surveyed this area and the Public Lighting at Rathlawns is pre 1990s and as such presents us with some technical difficulties regarding an upgrade in the short term.

However, Rathlawns will be added to our list for future works.
