MOTION: Councillor J. Graham

"That this Committee agrees that the Balgaddy report presented, be adjusted for future presentations, so that houses in the traditional part of Foxdene are removed to ensure a more appropriate analysis of the problem in the area."

REPORT:

It was agreed by this committee to include a monthly headed item on its agenda to update on the proposed works to a small number of houses in Balgaddy.  To date a number of reports have been made which charted the procedure and process of inspection, tender and now the commencement of the works.  In one of the reports made a comparison was made between similar sized areas for the purposes of comparing the number of maintenance requests across the county.  To enable this comparison the old housing estate of Foxdene was included.  Should any future comparison be needed it will be excluded in reports.
