MOTION: Councillor M. Ward

"The committee agrees the Chief Executive presents a report at the meeting updating members on the proposed redevelopment of Collinstown Park and St Cuthberts Park."  

REPORT:

It was agreed that a report on the future development of Collinstown Park would be presented to the Elected Members. It is intended to bring a report on this project to the May Area Committee meeting.

There was no proposal to bring a report on the future development of St. Cuthbert's Park but there are discussions taking place on dealing with the current problems in the park and these discussions may eventually lead to a new plan for the park.
