MOTION: Councillor M. Ward

"That this committee agrees to write to Transport Infrustructure Ireland (formerly NRA) asking them to review the noise mitigation at the section of the '50 adjacent to Oatfield and Wheatfield estates in Clondalkin with a view to erecting a noise barrier or some other mitigation measure to reduce the level of noise nuisance to residents of those estates."

REPORT:

If the motion is passed TII will be asked to review the noise mitigation in question as requested.
