QUESTION NO. 2
QUESTION: Councillor B. Bonner
"To ask the Chief Executive to investigate the street lighting on the road leading to Aldi, the Maldron Hotel and The Bank of Ireland in Clondalkin. This road is off the fonthill road, between the Topaz station and the Maldron Hotel and opposite Caldebeck way. There is no name on the road. Most of the lights are not working.
Is it the case that this road is not in the charge of the council?
It is very important that the lighting be in properly working order here, as there is a huge volume of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
REPLY:
This road is not in the charge of South Dublin County Council.
