MOTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

That this Tallaght Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to take action to progress the delivery of the long promised Playground at Tymon Park, Tallaght, appreciating the view of the community, that work on the Playground should not be further delayed and in responding to the Motion will the Chief Executive please detail the new schedule now being followed.  

REPORT:

It is intended to advertise this project for tender at the end of April 2016. Following receipt of tenders and assuming the acceptance of a tender proposal it would be expected that construction could commence in August 2016.
