"To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the schools in Lucan and Plamerstown that are currently using council owned pitches/facilities?"
REPLY:
The following schools in the Palmerstown and Lucan areas have had specific permission to use the Council’s pitches facilities in the 2015/ 2016 season;
Scoil Aine – Griffeen Valley Park
St Josephes College – Griffeen Valley Park
Gaelscoil Naomh Padriag – Griffeen Valley Park
Gaelscoil na Camóige Sports Day – Waterstown Park
Scoil Aine Naofa – Griffeen Valley Park School
Lucan East Educate together NS – Griffeen Valley
Scoil Aine Naofa – Griffeen Valley Park
Coláiste Cois Life Griffeen Valley Park
Scoil Aine Naofa – Giffeen Valley Park
While there are no pitches solely allocated to schools, Public Realm endeavours to cooperate in so far as possible with requests for use of pitches and general parks facilities for school sports days, nature walks etc.
