At the December meeting of this Committee, the members requested that the recent European Court Ruling on Heavy Goods Vehicles be examined and clarified in relation to this Headed Item.   The relevant ruling has only now been identified and an assessment will be provided to the members at the February 2006 Committee Meeting.
