MOTION: Councillor E. Ó Broin

"This committee agrees that the Council should provide the road cleansing and litter picking schedule to community organisations who wish to advertise this service in local newsletters or websites. The schedule should be provided in a format that can be used by the organisations."

REPORT:

The Council's Public Realm Section is currently making arrangements to have the road sweeping schedule details made available on the Council website, under the tab named 'My Area's Maintenance Schedule' .  This will make the details relevant to the road sweeping service available to all those who have access to the internet.
