"To ask the Chief Executive to issue a report detailing what community grants are available and how local groups can apply and how often they will be brought to the area meeting?"

The Community Grants process was streamlined last year and is now advertised twice a year following the recommendation of the Social and Community Strategic Policy Committee made in May 2015 which was then agreed by the Full Council in June 2015.

Grant applications will be assessed after the closing date of each advertisement and recommendations brought to the Full Council for approval.
