To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the sale of council lands at Kingswood Castle and Ballycullen - the process which was approved by the Council some months ago

REPLY:

Negotiations to agree final terms and conditions for completion of the sale with the identified preferred bidders on the subject sites in accordance with the disposal resolutions as approved by the elected members are ongoing in consultation with the Council Valuer.
