SPECIAL ACTION PLANS - THREE ROADS IN WARD

QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the Manager that this Council commences the preparation of special action plans for the three roads in the ward that have a rural quality with specific reference to public safety, pedestrian safety, public lighting, traffic calming; all to be done with the priority of maintaining the rural and rustic quality of these roads where possible?"

REPLY:

The particular roads will be examined to ensure that the matters raised are dealt with in a manner consistent with the Council's road policy and the County Development Plan.
