"To ask the Chief Executive if planning permission has been granted by SDCC to Lucan United Football Club for extra car parking space on the grounds."

REPLY:

Planning permission was granted on 22nd June 2015 by An Bord Pleanala following a third party appeal.  Planning Register Reference Number SD14A/0035 and An Bord Pleanala Appeal Reference Number PL06S.244079 refer.  An Bord Pleanala granted permission for the proposal (construction and use of an all weather football pitch including surrounding fencing, floodlighting and associated site works including a connecting pathway to the existing clubhouse).  The decision also included 30 car parking spaces, requested by the An Bord Pleanala during the appeal process, and contained in a submission by the applicants to An Bord Pleanala on 9th April 2015.
