QUESTION: Councillor G. O'Connell

"To ask the Chief Executive of any approaches have been made recently to activate or alter the planning permission for the former VL Byrne Site and if any discussions or contact has taken place between the planning officials and the developers on the matter?"

REPLY:

A decision to grant an Extension of Duration of Permission was granted on 13th January 2015, Planning Register Reference Number SD09A/0021/EP refers.  There hasn't been any contact between the Council and the developers in the matter recently.
