Unauthorised removal in July 2013 of the grass verge at the corner at the entrance to Ballydowd Grove and replacement with a hard surface parking area;

REPLY:

Traffic Section have made a commitment to write to the alleged offender under the relevant section of the Roads Act.

This will happen in due course.
