MOTION: Councillor G. O'Connell

"That the unauthorised road markings at the entrance to Chapel Lane (between Palmerstown House and the Flower Shop) be removed and that unauthorised storage on this historic lane be ceased."

REPORT:

Roads Dept. tried to remove the markings but were prevented by one of the businesses in the lane. Another attempt will be made and if prevented the Garda will be informed.

The businesses using the lane have been contacted and asked to remove any itema from the laneway.
