Update in taking in charge of Monastery Heath Estate

REPLY:

It was requested at the November Clondalkin ACM that the issue of the Taking in Charge of Monastery Heath Estate would be the subject of a Headed Item in December 2015.

The Council has been in contact with the Developer of this Estate and who is reviewing the commitments he has entered into arising from the original Grant of Planning Permission. In order to expedite the Taking in Charge process the Developer has agreed to meet with the Council before the Christmas break and with the necessary technical expertise to be also in attendance.

The Elected Members will be updated on progress with this issue.
