QUESTION: Councillor D. O'Donovan
"To ask the Chief Executive how many calls SDCC received regarding trees which were felled during the recent storms and how many trees were removed because they were left in a dangerous condition?"
REPLY:
Since November 17 last, the Council has been called to 58 locations across the County to address trees blown over or damaged by recent storms. Fourteen of those locations occur within the Rathfarnham /Templeogue/Terenure area. A total of 63 trees were removed as a result of the storm damage with 9 of those being removed from the Rathfarnham /Templeogue/Terenure area.
