MOTION: Councillor V. Casserly

"That this Committee seeks a presentation on the delayed 'Lucan Access Study'."

REPORT:

The Lucan Access Study has not yet been completed.  However, sections of it are being progressed where possible with the approval of the NTA.  Some elements of the study require comprehensive data collection and analysis before a report can be completed.  We will bring an interim report to the December meeting to update councillors.
