"To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report detailing the total social housing stock North of the Nass Road (broken down by LEA) and a list of all social housing expected to be ready to tenant in 2016 north of the Nass Road (broken down by LEA) including purchases, Part 8s, refurbs and new builds?"

The following social housing units are scheduled for delivery in 2016 under the Part V111 Programme:

North of Naas Road

2 dwellings at St Finians, Lucan, Co Dublin

Activity in relation to house purchases is always dependent on market availability and value opportunity. It is therefore not possible to predict the number of units that will become available in 2016 under this programme.  However 2 houses have been purchased North of the Naas Road in the past weeks and they will be tenanted as soon as re-let works are complete
