"That the Chief Executive present a report at the meeting for discussion on the taking in charge of two green spaces in Monastery Heath and the pruning of trees at the rear of Woodford Drive."

REPORT:

There are ongoing discussions with the developer of Monastery Heath in relation to the Taking in Charge of Monastery Heath. The Council is seeking to conclude this matter at the earliest opportunity and a meeting has been arranged on site to progress the matter. The Elected Members will be updated on progress.
