MOTION: Councillor D. O'Brien

"To ask the Chief Executive to present a report on the traffic congestion at peak times at the junction on the R136 and the Ballyowen castle shopping centre. What plan if any does the council have to improve the problem for people living in the area?"

REPORT:

Recent Road works at this location damaged the detector loops resulting in the inefficent operation of the signals. The damaged loops have been replaced and the signals are operating normally.
