MOTION: Councillor J. Graham

"That this Committee agrees that the Council prune the trees that are overhanging onto the Neilstown Road at the immediate side of St Peter Apostle school at Lett's field."

REPORT:

The trees at this location have been recently inspected.  There is one tree within Lett's field along the boundary of St. Peter Apostle school that is immediately adjacent to the Neilstown Road.  This tree is not impeding pedestrian access along Neilstown Road and is not considered to require pruning at this time.
