QUESTION: Councillor J. Graham

"To ask the Chief Executive if there will be any Clondalkin properties on the CBL system in the coming weeks?"

REPLY:

Last week, a 3 bed property was advertised on CBL and offer has been accepted. Allocation of this property to successful applicant will be made as soon as relet repairs have been completed.

There are four properties comprised of OAP and bungalow type properties which are being considered for medical and older persons. We endeavour to make further properties available but cannot determine when properties will become available for the Choice Based Letting System until they come into the possession of the Council.
