Update on Balgaddy Road

As indicated previously, SDCC is supportive of the proposal to provide pedestrian/cycleway access at this location in the interests of improving permeability. However, it is not possible for SDCC to provide this access. The land required is in private ownership and is in the process of being transferred to a Management Company. A proposal by the landowner/Management Company to provide access would be looked on favourably by SDCC.
