"To ask the Chief Executive for a report on how many estates are to be taken in charge in the Clondalkin area and outline any proposed dates for same?

SDCC anticipate that the following schemes may be TIC over the coming year:

Newcastle Lyons

Aylmer Heath

Broadfield

Aubrey Manor

TIC is contingent approval of all works and on SDCC receiving all the necessary information for records purposes.
