"To ask the Chief Executive to confirm consultations he plans with St Marks Residents Association, Springfield Estate Tallaght, regarding proposals for Social Housing at Fernwood and Maplewood and will he detail the schedule now being followed."

The rollout of the Part 8 social housing developments are reported as follows:

Three projects are already Part 8 approved, approval in principle received from DECLG on the 23rd of September to proceed to Stage 2 (Detailed planning pre-tender) subject to SDCC providing specific risk and site anaylsis for Mayfield and Mac Ulliam projects. |

Following on statutory consultation procedures pursuant to Part V111, a meeting will be convened with the Elected Representatives and a representative group of local residents in relation to the Part V111 proposal for the Fernwood site.
