That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to arrange for the removal of the entrance and egress at Kiltalown Park from Kiltalown View in an effort to end the practice of this area being used to drive motorbikes into Kiltalown Park and the established fact that Burglars are using it as a route to disguise their practices".

REPORT:

Any proposal to remove this entrance and egress to and from Kiltalown Park, would have to be examined in conjuction with the Public Realm section as well as local residents to ascertain if there are likely to be objections to the closure of this entrance  from local residents who use this entrance and any proposal to close would likely be subject to extinguishment of right of way proceedures.
