That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to consider the provision of a set of soccer goalposts on the main green space in DeSelby, Tallaght to be used as a Community amenity for the area.

REPORT:

The green space at De Selby will be examined to determine if it is suitable for the installation of goal posts taking into consideration all relevant issues such as the layout and condition of the space, proximity to housing, as well as traffic and safety considerations. If the area is deemed to be suitable the erection of goal posts will then be considered for inclusion in the improvement works programme for 2016.
