QUESTION: Councillor M. Genockey

"To ask the Chief Executive for an update, including a timeframe, on the building of the new council houses at Suncroft, which started recently." 

REPLY:

The contract is schedule to run over three sites, including Suncroft and St Finians, until the 14th October 2016.

Initial progress on the larger Suncroft site is in line with program for the more difficult stages of excavation and foundations.

We anticipate delivery within program, with the first houses being handed over at the end of June 2016.
