MOTION: Councillor P. Foley

"That the Council takes whatever steps are necessary to ensure that the broken low lying Red Brick Wall on Ballycullen Avenue/Killakee Avenue, which I understand is in private ownership, is made safe.  Residents of Firhouse would like to see this wall fixed or removed. I have already submitted membersnet query 1103931 in relation to the issue."

REPORT:

The repair/maintenance of the wall at the above location is a matter for the Owner/Occupier of the lands.

There is no enforcement action available to the Planning Authority in the matter.
