MOTION: Councillor C. Brophy

"That this Council seeks to purchase the area of land inside the entrance gates to Tymon Park at the end of Osprey Road."

REPORT:

As the Members are aware the Council currently maintain and control the access to Tymon Park at the end of Osprey Road via the entrance gates and have done so for many years.  We are currently examining the title to said area with a view to ensuring that the Council maintains control over the area and regularising title if necessary.
