"To ask the Chief Executive to provide a list of what land is owned by who in the lands known as the Clonburris Lands - Please provide as much detail as possible?"

 

REPLY:

South Dublin County Council has title to approximately 14 hectares in the SDZ.  All other land (180 hectares approximately) in the SDZ is in private ownership.  We own 55 hectares of the 85 hectares in the LAP lands. In total South Dublin County Council has a land holding of 69 hectares in the Clonburris Lands.
