MOTION: Councillor L. Dunne
That this Committee asks the Chief Executive to investigate the problem of parking outside Woodies. The Bank of Ireland staff are parking in the estate causing major problems in the area for the current businesses in Whitestown. The gates at Woodies have planning for use for deliveries only. Currently it is been used for access through to the estate. Bank of Ireland have over 1000 staff and have parking for 600, leaving Whitestown with a parking problem and health and safety issue.
REPORT:
An investigation of parking will be undertaken at this location and a report will be issued to the Traffic Management Committee.
