QUESTION: Councillor S. Holland

"To ask the Chief Executive how many vacant properties are there in the Rathfarnham electoral area, and how many allocations have been made in Rathfarnham year to date?  Please give the same information for Terenure/ Templeogue?"

REPLY:

There are currently 3 vacant dwellings in the Rathfarnham electoral area all of which have been offered to prospective tenants.  Since 1st January 2015 to date, 7 allocations have been made in the Rathfarnham electoral area, one of these was through the Applicant Sourced Homes scheme. 

There are no current vacancies in the Terenure/Templeogue electoral area.  3 allocations have been made in this area year to date.
