"To ask the Chief Executive for a detailed update on efforts to secure the taking-in-charge of open space at Ash Park estate and at Brookvale?

REPLY:

A meeting has been arranged in June 2015 with the developer of Ash Park estate to explore the options on the taking in charge of the open spaces.

No progress has been made with the developer on the taking in charge of the Brookvale Estate open space.
