QUESTION: Councillor B. Bonner

 "Could the Chief Executive provide details of the types and locations of the promised traffic calming measures on Nangor Road (at Gaelscoil Chluain Dolcáin) and a timeframe for the commencement of works.

Also, could solar powered signs (similiar to that at St. Kevin's CC) showing motorists their actual speed be placed at the approaches to this school from both directions."

REPLY:

The details of the proposed traffic calming measures in the Clondalkin area (including Nangor Road) as agreed at area level were recently passed on to members. A briefing for members has been arranged for early June.  

The provision of speed identification signage will be examined in the context of available resources.
