MOTION: Councillor S. Holland

"That the Chief Executive install waste bins and dog poo bag dispensers along the newly opened cycle track from Grange Road to Nutgrove. There are no bins at the moment and residents have complained that the well used track is littered with dog poo."

REPORT:

The Council does not provide dog litter bags or litter bins specifically for the disposal of dog litter at present.  The new cycle track from Grange Road to Nutgrove will be examined to determine suitable locations for the provision of standard litter bins which can be used for disposal of dog litter as well as other litter.
