MOTION: Councillor R. McMahon

"That the Council to provide small litter bins at the main entrances, exits and car Parks to the River Dodder Linear Park in the area - for small litter and more importantly for dog poo bags."

REPORT:

The Council currently does not provide dog litter bags or litter bins specifically for the disposal of dog litter.  The locations mentioned such as entrances/exits to the Dodder Linear Park as well as car parks servicing the park will be examined to determine suitable locations for the provision of standard litter bins which can be used for disposal of dog litter as well as other litter.
