QUESTION: Councillor F.N. Duffy

"To ask the Chief Executive if the Council has made considerations for the land bank between the Stocking Avenue Play Park (Adjacent to Stocking Well) and Knocklyon Park. If actions have been taken can the Council inform the councillors of same please?"

REPLY:

The lands in this area will form part of an extended Knocklyon Park and this was confirmed in the recently approved Ballycullen Oldcourt Local Area Plan. The land ownership is complicated and it will be some time before the plans have been agreed with the various interests. The Elected Members will be briefed on any proposed developments.
