SD15A/0093 15-Apr-2015 Applicant’s Name: Double E Investments Limited Submission Type: New Application         Location:St. James's Road, Greenhills,Dublin 12 Proposed Development: Provision of a mixed use development, consisting of a   retail element, Doctor's Surgery and 18 apartments. The retail element   consists of an anchor unit, with incorporated off licence, with a gross floor area of   546.9sq.m and 4 retail units of various areas, totalling 292.8sq.m. The   Doctor's Surgery consists of 2 consultation rooms and associated   accommodation, totalling 82.5sq m. Other accommodation at ground floor level   includes ESB sub station, bin stores and plant room. The residential element   consists of 3 one bed apartments, 14 two bed apartments and 1 three bed duplex   above the retail element at first and second and part third floor levels. Submission Type: Additional Information         Location: Site formerly part of the St. Paul's   Campus, bounded by St. Paul's School and Temple Manor,   Greenhills, Dublin   12. Proposed Development: Construction of 43 residential units to comprise the   following : 14 three storey four bed semi detached houses; 10 two storey   three bed semi detached houses; 10 two storey three bed end terrace houses; 8   two storey three bed mid terrace houses and 1 two storey three bed detached   house all with on curtilage carparking; it is proposed to construct a new   entrance to the development in the south west of the site from Temple Manor   Grove through the existing public open space in that area and to also provide   a pedestrian/cyclist connection to the development from the existing cul de   sac adjacent to Temple Manor Way; the works will also include all associated   landscaping and site works; the provision of visitor carparking spaces; the   construction of a surface water attenuation area and the provision of   connections to existing services within the Temple Manor development on lands   taken in charge by South Dublin County Council.   Decision Due on or before: 07-May-2015

Proposed Development: Demolition of the existing convent building and ancillary   structures and the construction of 61 residential units to comprise the   following : 4 three storey four bed semi-detached houses; 12 three storey   four bed end terraced houses; 4 two storey four bed semi-detached houses; 4   two storey three bed semi detached houses; 6 two storey three bed end   terraced houses; 18 two storey three bed mid terraced houses; 1 one and a half   storey three bed detached house and 1 three storey block containing 6 two bed   apartment units at ground floor level and 6 two storey three bed apartment   units at first floor level, all with on curtilage/on street carparking; the   above to include associated drainage works on the adjoining school lands; the   construction of a new attenuation area on lands within the applicant's   ownership to the south east of the adjoining school and connections to the   existing services on both Limekiln Lane and within the Temple Manor   development on lands taken in charge by South Dublin County Council; the   works will also include all associated landscaping and site works, the   provision of visitor carparking spaces; 1 bin store and a new   pedestrian/cyclist connection to Greenhills Park in the north west of the   site.   Decision Due on or before: 07-May-2015
