SD15A/0061 26-Mar-2015 Applicant’s Name: Grange Backup Power Ltd. Submission Type: New Application         Location: Grange Castle Business   Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 Proposed Development: 10 year permission for the construction of a 115MW Peaker Power   Plant in a single storey building with a mezzanine level office and   electrical control area. This building has a platform height of 17.52m, 7   shafts with a height of 20.74m and 2 stacks with a height of 25m. The   development also includes water and fuel tanks with associated pump houses; 1   building consisting of a compact workshop and warehouse and a security area,   with a height of 6.5m; site access and entrance gates; internal roadways and footpaths; security   fencing; 6 car parking spaces (1 of these is accessible) and appropriate   landscaping all on a site of 1.23 hectare site in the north of Grange Castle   Business Park. The total gross floor area of the facility is approx.   3,583sq.m.This application relates to development which comprises of   an activity which requires an Industrial Emissions Licence in accordance with   the First Schedule of the EPA Act 1992 as amended.   Decision Due on or before: 20-May-2015

Harris (Assemblers)Submission Type: New Application         Location: Sycamore Road, Western Industrial Estate, Dublin 12 Proposed Development: Refurbishment of and extension to existing office block to   extend the full length of the south eastern elevation of the old Coca-Cola   building with the existing loading bay underneath the canopy on the north   east elevation to be glazed, incorporated into the building and used as a   vehicle exposition area; recladding the elevations of the existing vehicle   distribution facilities and construction of a new parapet wall to match and   unify the entire composition; reconfiguration and relocation of the existing   car park spaces to provide 34 staff spaces and 20 visitors spaces including 4   disabled spaces (total 54 spaces); associated landscaping, footpaths, roads, ancillary   site development works and services.
