MOTION: Councillor D. O'Donovan

"That the Chief Executive confirms that the Twelve Week Licence granted to Vodafone for Knocklyon Park be limited to 12 weeks and not be granted beyond that."

REPORT:

An email issued to Vodafone on the 30th of March to reiterate that the licence agreement was solely for a twelve week period and the Council will demand and expect vacant possession on the 22nd June 2015. The temporary licence agreement will not be extended beyond that date.
