South Dublin County Council sources emergency accommodation for families through Central Placement Service (Dublin City Council) as the lead authority for Homeless Services. While every effort is made to try and place families into accommodation close to their family supports, due to the limited amount of emergency accommodation available to families this may not always be possible.
