MOTION: Councillor M. Duff

That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to upgrade the public lighting in the car park of Castletymon Shopping Centre to enhance public safety and to assist in reducing anti social behaviour.

REPORT:

A new public lighting scheme was installed at this location in 2009. It was designed to the appropriate lighting standard BS 5489 and Public Lighting Section are satisfied that the car park is adequately lit.
