QUESTION NO. 1
QUESTION: Councillor B. Bonner
To ask the Chief Executive what assistance could the Council give to the residents of the Bawnogue and Deansrath area of Clondalkin, who have expressed an interest in setting up a Tidy Towns group for their area. Who would be in a positon to assist with the set up process?
REPLY:
The Community Services Department have taken up all issues relating to Tidy Towns and if contact details for the group can be provided, a Community Worker for the area will arrange to meet and discuss with the residents the ideas / plans that they have and what steps they need to take in order to participate in the Tidy Towns Programme.
Assistance and advice would also be available to them through the Tidy Towns Network in South Dublin which is supported also by the Council.
