QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

To ask the Chief Executive what is the position with regard to the roundabout county signage strategy that was first initiated ten years ago and has never seen the light of day nor any sign on in the roundabout in the county?

REPLY:

This matter was examined in the light of a naming scheme for roundabouts at strategic locations around the County when the question of sponsorship was also examined. It was never developed as coherent strategy.
