QUESTION: Councillor F. Timmons
To ask the Chief Executive to identify possible bridges and locations that could be named after people from the South Dublin County area? To ask for a report on possible roundabouts that could be named after people from South Dublin County Council area and to look at this as being a way to engage Public Consultation?
REPLY:
The Land Use Planning and Transportation SPC at its meeting on 19th February agreed to commence work on drafting a protocol for the naming of infrastructure. As part of this task, a schedule of infrastructure suitable for naming will be prepared.
